7th Circle Tattoo & Piercing was established in July 2019 by Kevin McNulty and Bogdan Piwowarski.

We offer custom tattoos and can work with you through free consultations to come up with the right design for you. We can also cover up or rework your old tattoos. As well as tattoos we also offer Piercing with Bogdan and have a range of jewellery for sale in the front of the studio.

Situated on Yorkshire street in oldhams independent quarter the studio is easily accessible by public transport with Oldham mumps bus and tram stop just a short walk away as well as reasonably priced parking on Yorkshire street itself. You will find us nextdoor to William Anthony hairdressing and directly opposite Zutti.
